Under the program of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency-Asian Development Bank (BRR-ADB), and within the wider overall objectives of the Earthquake Tsunami Emergency Support Project (ETESP) aimed at village communities affected by the natural disaster, ADB Grant (No. 0002 INO), the specific objectives of this assignment is the establishment of a community information base at the Livelihood Connections Centres in selected pilot areas. The Info Base will contain group profiles, records of ETESP funding to date, Sub-Project Preparation Reports (SPPR), local projects list from Rand Database, Community Information Folders and Individual families’ data from the Community Empowerment Board (BPM) surveys. The required outputs are: (1) Modified MapFrame for use by communities to store community and group information by village and kecamatan; (2) electronic filing system for Bina Swadaya agriculture profiles and reports based on MapFrame; (3) MapFrame linked to BPM individual family surveys in Aceh Besar; (4) Community Information Services established in four Livelihoods connections centres in Aceh Besar; (5) InfoBase for 20 kecamatans established for external hard drives; and (6) User manuals and training courses developed for installation of MapFrame for Communities.
