The goal of this project is to provide recommendations and policy options for Small Scale Water Providers based on a nationwide picture of the small-scale water private water provider sector operating in urban areas in Indonesia to the WASPOLA working group. IHS responsibilities included reviewing all materials prepared under the previous Small Scale Water Providers (SSWP) study, prepare instrument for primary data collection in Jakarta, Bandung, Makassar, and Palembang, process and tabulate data, and prepare final report on  SSWP including earlier study reports, drawing conclusion and making recommendations and policy options to the WASPOLA working group considerations.
